Major Gen. Prof. Dr. H. R. Harun is a Consultant Urological Surgeon in Dhaka. His qualification is MBBS, FCPS (Surgery), FRCS (Glasg & Edin), Diploma (Urology, UK), WHO Fellow (Urology). Prof. Dr. Harun joined the Bangladesh Armed Forces on 14th July, 1980.
He has served a broad range of positions for the Armed Forces. Lastly, he served as the Consultant Surgeon General & Chief Urologist of Bangladesh Armed Forces & finally retired on January 2016.
