By accessing or using the Doctors of Bangladesh website, mobile application, and related services (collectively referred to as “the platform”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

DOB reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the platform after any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

6.1. The platform provides a directory of medical professionals in Bangladesh, including their names, qualifications, specialties, clinic addresses, and BMDC (Bangladesh Medical & Dental Council) registration numbers.
6.2. Doctor data is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice or endorsement by DOB.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. The platform and its content are provided on an “as-is” basis, and DOB makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the content.
7.2. DOB shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform.
8. Termination
DOB reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform, in whole or in part, for any reason, without notice.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
